Charlotte and I have decided to go on the Scarsdale Diet in which you lose 1 pound a day. It is a heart healthy diet. And we want our hearts healthy so we can pig out for Christmas. JUST KIDDING!
Day 1 of the Scarsdale Diet which includes the following:
Breakfast - black coffee, grapefruit, protein toast
Lunch - Assorted lean meats, tomatoes, tea or diet soda
Dinner - fish, combination salad, protein toast, grapefruit, tea
So far so good, I have stayed on course for breakfast! The true test will be Day 4. But I have my sister to back me up! Right, Charlotte?
