Day 7 - Deborah

Gained back 2 pounds over the weekend.  I'm pretty sure much of that is water weight.  (Chips, guacamole, salsa, cheese dip, tostados)

But this morning I have great resolve to make it through the week.

Today we have:

Breakfast:  toast, black coffee, grapefruit
Lunch:  Turkey, tomatoes, tea
Dinner:  Shrimp, salad, toast, grapefruit, tea

What's not to like about that?

    BTW, Ive discovered Stash Tea's White Chai - I love it as it's a smooth chai, really nice and mellow.
